We were out early, because we knew this was coming. It started raining around noon, and it gradually changed to snow. This winter storm warning is in effect until SATURDAY! Hopefully the strong winds will not stick around that long.
I did my best to tire both dogs before even the rain started, knowing that the coming storm would make them nervous. Sure enough--pacing, panting, whining...we have it all. I wish there was something I could do, to reassure them. Other than the general unrest, Everett seems to be doing very well. She held up nicely during our morning outings--I wish I'd been able to take at least one picture of her in the yard while we played. Note to self--charge camera battery daily--it's Lithium! Tomorrow should be full of great photo opportunities, if there is enough snow to bring out the puppy in my two seniors. So, until then!
